Started her career as a teacher and worked with corporate and ventured into business as a first generation entrepreneur running a MSME unit for the past 26 years. To her credit, she has won many awards in the district/national and international award. Her quest for working for the society made her to be founder of this organisation, which primarily focus on youth, women and children.
Her journey as a teacher, corporate officer, as an entrepreneur, as a trainer paved way to study human relationships and its pros and cons which made her to be a successful life coach. She pursued her masters in the field of Psychology which made her to be successful psychologist and a mentor.
She has taken sessions on various social topics and behavioural psychology to youth from different Universities, engineering colleges, arts and science colleges and many schools. To name a few institutions ANNA UNIVERSITY, SATYABAMA UNIVERSITY, VIT, SRM UNIVERSITY, MOP VAISHNAVA COLLEGE, ETHIRAJ COLLEGE, MADRAS UNIVERSITY ETC.
She is a social writer who writes in Tamil and her articles are published in Tamil magazines and also in E- magazines. She has written a book in Tamil which is about small business, economic planning, social outlook on money matters, ethics of business, guiding factors for women and budding entrepreneurs etc. The book also talks about human relationships and its intricacies. The book was well appreciated by one all.
As a professional psychologist she maintains high level of confidence and her UN biased approach in counselling had made her a successful counsellor and she has been called by media to discuss on various social issues related to women and youth.

Dr. Geeta Ramanathan is currently working as Head - Management Audit and Risk Management with India's largest apparel exporter. She is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and has rich corporate experience in top companies like Ashok Leyland, Ernst &Young, Deloitte Haskins, EID Parry.
She took a break from her career in 2012 to pursue her Ph.D in Finance from IIT Madras which she completed in 2016.
She is a gold medalist and state ranker and has published papers in top-tiered International journals. She is a Visiting faculty at IIT Jodhpur. She was conferred the 'Excellence in Management Audit' award by Venus International Foundation in 2019.
She has authored two books, 'Surviving in the Corporate World' and 'The New Plan A'.

Jyothi Thomas wears many hats, she started her career as an administrator at the iconic newspaper swadessamitran; her exposure to journalists, lawyers, politicians, and business leaders taught her to think on her feet, brave all challenges and create sustainability wherever she worked. She moved to Canada in the early 80s after her marriage, where she pursued further education and entered the banking industry. This added another dimension to her career. Moving back to India; she went into social entrepreneurship, academic administration and became a senior pan India trainer for entry to senior level corporate leaders in the IT, Automobile, Hospitality, Banking and other sectors. Armed with this experience, she started CAN Consultants 23 years ago, creating a platform for the less known craftsmen, artists, differently abled and the economically weak.
That is Jyothi Thomas - a multifaceted go-getter and doer. She truly believes that 'We Life as We Rise' and has used her fierce voice to make this her life's motto.
Sriram Sivarajan has been engaged with information technology industry for the past 20 years. He designed and developed custom frameworks for various financial institutions across the world. He also designed a NextGen data model for Oslo stock exchange. He was instrumental in establishing a technology team in Tata Communications. He established a real time pricing framework in Amazon worldwide digital eCommerce business. He is currently taken up a role as the CTO with Maatrum Technologies and Legal Ventures which aims to significantly reduce fraud in Indian real estate industry.
Over his hetero cultural experience, he has built high performing teams balanced with personal and social aspects of life. Eradicating stress from work has always been his motto there by promoting creativity and innovation in solving some basic problems of the industry.
