Dr. Geetha Premkumar is the Founder-Trustee of H-Kraft Foundation and a respected psychologist, life coach and first-generation entrepreneur from Chennai. With over three decades of multidisciplinary experience, she has dedicated her life to emotional wellness, empowerment, ethical leadership and meaningful community development.

As the Founder of Vector Indojanix Pvt. Ltd., Dr. Geetha built and led one of Tamil Nadu's notable MSME enterprises for nearly 30 years, receiving several awards including:

• State-Level Best Woman Entrepreneur Award (Government of Tamil Nadu)
• Business Achievement Award
• FICCI FLO Outstanding Achiever Award
• Ritz Women of Merit (with Mercedes-Benz)

Her transition into psychology and emotional wellness came from a deep desire to create a silent, sustainable social impact through inner transformation. Today, through H-Kraft Foundation, she blends entrepreneurship, emotional intelligence and compassion to uplift women, youth and families.

Her areas of expertise include emotional wellbeing, counselling, self-leadership, women empowerment, workplace behavior etc. She is also a sought-after speaker for colleges, corporate forums and entrepreneurship platforms. She mentors many startups who are trained by GDC PROGRAMME of IITM.

• Mr. V. Gopalan is a Commerce graduate and an associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. His Expertise includes the areas of Corporate Laws, Taxation, Finance & Accounts, Business Intelligence and Audit functions spanning over 8 years. He is actively associated with H-Kraft foundation since the Inception.

• Sriram Sivarajan has been engaged with information technology industry for the past 20 years. He designed and developed custom frameworks for various financial institutions across the world. He also designed a NextGen data model for Oslo stock exchange. He was instrumental in establishing a technology team in Tata Communications. He established a real time pricing framework in Amazon worldwide digital eCommerce business. He is currently taken up a role as the CTO with Maatrum Technologies and Legal Ventures which aims to significantly reduce fraud in Indian real estate industry.
• Over his hetero cultural experience, he has built high performing teams balanced with personal and social aspects of life. Eradicating stress from work has always been his motto there by promoting creativity and innovation in solving some basic problems of the industry.

• Dr. Geeta Ramanathan is currently working as Head - Management Audit and Risk Management with India's largest apparel exporter. She is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and has rich corporate experience in top companies like Ashok Leyland, Ernst &Young, Deloitte Haskins, EID Parry.
• She took a break from her career in 2012 to pursue her Ph.D in Finance from IIT Madras which she completed in 2016.
• She is a gold medalist and state ranker and has published papers in top-tiered International journals. She is a Visiting faculty at IIT Jodhpur. She was conferred the 'Excellence in Management Audit' award by Venus International Foundation in 2019.
• She has authored two books, 'Surviving in the Corporate World' and 'The New Plan A'.
• Her interests include reading, writing and listening to music.

• Jyothi Thomas wears many hats, she started her career as an administrator at the iconic newspaper swadessamitran; her exposure to journalists, lawyers, politicians, and business leaders taught her to think on her feet, brave all challenges and create sustainability wherever she worked. She moved to Canada in the early 80s after her marriage, where she pursued further education and entered the banking industry. This added another dimension to her career. Moving back to India; she went into social entrepreneurship, academic administration and became a senior pan India trainer for entry to senior level corporate leaders in the IT, Automobile, Hospitality, Banking and other sectors. Armed with this experience, she started CAN Consultants 23 years ago, creating a platform for the less known craftsmen, artists, differently abled and the economically weak.
• That is Jyothi Thomas - a multifaceted go-getter and doer. She truly believes that 'We Life as We Rise' and has used her fierce voice to make this her life's motto.
